13.07.2020 from the petitioner, he was issued with Current Paper No.219 of 2020.

Thereafter the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and closed the same on 06.08.2020.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition becomes devoid of merits. Accordingly the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
