(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in the above Crl.O.P.No.12999 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020 that to stay at Vellore and report before the Sathvachari Police Station Everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 P.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police every Monday at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.30 a.m. until further orders.
