Respondents Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of declaration to declare that the speech made the 5th respondent namely Ponmudi, Minister for Forests, Government of Tamil Nadu, on 08.04.2025, about Hindu Shaivaites & Vaishnavaite Religious symbols & women in general in one of the most derogatory & vulgar manner, being elected representative (an humble functionary of the citizenry of Tamil Nadu) as ultra vires and patently in violation of Articles 188, 99 and the Oath of office, amongst various provisions of the
Constitution of India and consequently remove and disqualify the 5th respondent herein namely Ponmudi from holding any constitutional post. For Petitioner:
