2. The petitioner was originally appointed as daily wage worker to do the work in Sericulture farms. In the Sericulture Department, there is a post called Junior Inspector (Sericulture). The qualifications required for appointment to the said post are pass in 10th Standard as well as 6 months experience in Sericulture related works. It is the claim of the petitioner that she is being qualified for appointment to the said post as she is having all necessary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
qualifications. The petitioner would further state that the second respondent has also made a positive recommendation in respect of the persons who are similarly placed like that of the petitioner, to the first respondent.

The petitioner, in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 16.7.2015 to the first respondent in the light of the recommendation made by the second respondent to the first respondent and since no orders have been passed, she came forward to file this Writ Petition.
4. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in this Writ Petition or in the representation, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
