Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.It is represented that in the suit filed for partition, a preliminary decree has been passed. Challenging the same, the present appeal has been filed.

3.This Court, on 03.08.2018 granted an order of interim stay of passing the final decree alone and permitted the other proceeding to go on.

4.Interim order granted on 03.08.2018 is made absolute. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5.Post the main appeal on 02.03.2022.
