Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11583 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022 by allowing the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JAYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11583 of 2022 on 18.05.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 22/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
