Earlier, this Court by an order dated 20.09.2024 allowed the above petition on payment of cost of Rs.2000/- payable to Medical Research Foundation, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appellant filed a cost memo for tendering cost of Rs.2000/- and the same is recorded.

3. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 29.04.2025.
