ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having willfully disobeyed the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17525 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019.

2. Heard, Mr.K.Sanjayan, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent.

3. The Respondent, Dr.J.Muthukumaran, Dean, Government Medical College Hospital, Thiruvarur, Thiruvarur District, is also present through video conference.

4.It is represented that the directions given by this Court namely, to permit the Petitioner herein to put up a Bunk Shop in the hospital premises has been granted and the learned counsel for the Petitioner stated that the Bunk Shop has also been put up.

5.The only further request, which the learned counsel states is that necessary water and electricity connections must also be given. They are not the subject matters of the Writ Petition. The Petitioner is permitted to give

necessary representation in that regard to the concerned authorities. The Respondent herein is not responsible for providing water and electricity connections, for which separate departments are available. If the representations are given to the concerned Authorities, I am sure they will be examined in proper form.
