O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to recall the look out circular erroneously issue by the respondent against the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he wanted to travel abroad to attend the first birthday function of his grandson, but a look out circular was issued against the petitioner by the respondent. The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to recall the LOC issued against him.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondent to conclude the proceeding and recall the LOC which was still pending against him within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the proceedings will be completed and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. In such view of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to conclude the adjudication proceedings against the petitioner and pass appropriate

orders after providing opportunity to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
