This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2023 wherein the petitioner is seeking for correction of the survey number in the patta granted in Patta No.3993 with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.J.Titus Enock, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is only seeking for correction of survey number, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2023 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No 2/4

costs.
