This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 04.01.2018 in W.P. No. 33973 of 2017. 1/4
2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions submits that aggrieved by the order of the learned Single Judge dated 04.01.2018, the State preferred writ appeal and thereafter, SLP in the Apex Court. After dismissal of SLP, the order of the Court is complied with by appointing the petitioner as Graduate Teacher at Anchoor-Jagadevi Government Higher Secondary School and she has joined duty on the forenoon of 02.06.2025. To substantiate the same, he placed a copy of the letter in Na.Ka.No.42/2025 dated 02.06.2025 of the Headmaster Government Higher Secondary School, Anchoor-Jagadevi, Krishnagiri District.
3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent and on perusal of the documents placed before this Court, it appears the order of the Court is complied with.
4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this contempt case. 2/4
