This petition is filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 11 as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 1 to 11 in the second appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.1255 of 2009 and list the matter for final hearing on 06.10.2021.
