ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before State Inspector of Police, CSCID Police Station, Coimbatore and to complying the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11845 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11845 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020 with some conditions. He further submitted that the amount has been paid in favour of the Commissioner, Corporation of Coimbatore.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
