This petition has been filed to to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 26.02.2016 in CSR No.63 of 2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the account of the persistent dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party, a case in Crime No.184 of 2016 under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. has been registered and the same was referred to the Rural Development Officer.
Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
