This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willfully violating the order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.15400 of 2019 Dated 02.03.2020.

The communication that has been sent to the learned Special Government Pleader shows that the respondent has conducted a survey and issued a separate patta in favour of the petitioner. 3.

In the considered view of this Court, the written instructions received by the learned Special Government Pleader can be recorded and this Contempt Petition is closed. Even though the survey was conducted, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no boundary stones were laid by the respondent. If that be so, the respondent shall also lay the boundary stones in line with the survey conducted by the respondent.
