ORDER
The petitioner is a Tank Operator of Elavampatti Village Panchayat. The petitioner was placed under suspension on 28 May 2014 pending initiation of disciplinary proceedings. According to the Panchayat, the petitioner abused the local people in filthy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
language and that was the reason for placing him under suspension. The present prayer is to revoke the suspension of the petitioner, by considering his representation dated 1 June 2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. The fourth respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 1 June 2014 for revoking his suspension on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
