This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent form registering any document for the plot No.11A comprised in S.No.211/20 and 211/21 to an extent of 1250 sq ft. behind Sirurseri IT park, situated at Pudukuppam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengapattu District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2020.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent form registering any document for the plot No.11A comprised in S.No.211/20 and 211/21 to an extent of 1250 sq ft. behind Sirurseri IT park, situated at Pudukuppam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengapattu District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2020.
