Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order, dated 11.09.2024 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram, vide his Moo.Mu.2265/2024/A1 by directing the Tahsildar, Vandalur, for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the petitioner and to restore back the patta in the name of K.S.Subbiah and consequential order therein dated 30.04.2025 passed by the District 1/4

Revenue Officer, Chengalpattu, vide Na.Ka.No.11786/2024/A4 and quash the same and consequentially directing the respondents 1 to 3 to restore back the patta issued in favour of the petitioner. ORDER

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to raise all the contentions, which have been raised in this Writ Petition, in the Civil Suit which is already pending between the parties.

In terms of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner in the Court bundle, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions, as raised in this Writ Petition, in the Civil Suit which is already pending before the Civil Court between the parties.
