ORDER

This petition is filed praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ootacamund, The Nilgiris to expedite the trial in C.C.No.203 of 2005 and complete the same within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case in C.C.No.203 of 2005 pending on the file of the the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ootacamund is pending for examination of defence witness from 23.06.2014.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the A-Diary extract filed along with typed set of papers and the fact that C.C.No.203 of 2005 was filed by the petitioner under Section 138 of N.I.
