This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 11.07.2016 in CSR No.804/2016 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.804 of 2016 and the same was closed on 12.07.2016. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
