This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.553 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.553 of 2012 and the final report has been filed before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in E.F.I.R.No.396 of 2012, and the learned Magistrate, on perusing the records and final report, closed the case as "further action dropped / undetected".
