This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the first respondent dated 22.01.2018.

2. After notice, the matter is listed today for further hearing.

3. The first respondent filed a counter affidavit, wherein, after narrating various facts and circumstances, it is stated that the impugned proceeding has been cancelled by the subsequent order dated 14.02.2018.

The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the said order.

4. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further as the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous in view of the subsequent order passed on 14.02.2018. Thus, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous No costs.
