: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2015 consequently direct the respondents to give Licence to Puthu Vazhu Project licence to Srinivasa Driving School, Kallakurichi, for the year 2015-2016.

O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent seeking issuance of licence under the scheme, viz., Puthu Vazhvu Project and on the non-consideration of the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner ; the learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned counsel who accepts notice for the 4th respondent.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader submitted that it is not known as to whether the said scheme is in existence or not. 4.This Court is not willing to go into the merits of the case including the availability of the scheme. What the petitioner seeks is the disposal of the representation said to have been made on 21.02.2015.

5.Accordingly, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
