2.C.M.P.No.23097 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay in representing the C.M.A.SR.No.112859 of 2022 against the order dated 31.03.2022 in Ar.OP.No.208 of 2015. 3.Mrs.S.R.Sumathy, the learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent, and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 2 and 3.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions stand allowed.

5.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.112859 of 2022, if the papers are otherwise in order.
