This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 8 and 9 herein who are the Legal Representatives of the deceased 6th respondent as respondents 8 and 9 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.D. Rajasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents in this CMP. He has also submitted that he has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and print the name of Mr.T.S. Baskaran as learned counsel for the proposed respondents on the next hearing date.
