C.M.P.No.9726 of 2022 and C.M.A.No.3696 of 2021 and C.M.P.No.21698 of 2021 P.T.ASHA. J., This Court had directed the Appellant to take out a petition for substituted service on the third respondent by order dated 10.06.2022. Pursuant to the said order, this petition is filed and the same is ordered.

2. The Appellant is directed to take substituted service to the third respondent through publication in one issue of Tamil daily i.e., Malai Murasu having circulation in Tiruppur for the hearing dated on 18.07.2022. The publication shall be effected atleast 10 days prior to next date of hearing.

3. Post the Appeal on 18.07.2022.
