O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to petitioner fencing his land by considering the representation dated 13.06.2022.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the property in Survey Nos.81/2, 81/3, 81/4, 82/1, 82/2, 82/6A, 82/6B, 82/9 situated at Kandamathan Village, Tittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District by a Decree dated 25.10.2010 passed by the Additional District Munsif Court, Thittakudi granting permanent injunction against the private respondents in O.S.No.132/2007. Despite the decree order, the private respondents being politically connected trying to trespass into her land and inspite of complaint lodged to respondent police and the representation submitted to the first respondent police on 13.06.2022, so far actions have not been taken. Hence, this criminal original petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks this Court to direct the respondent police to provide sufficient protection so as to fence the land by virtue of the decree passed by the Additional District Munsif Court, Thittakudi in O.S.No.132/2007.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record before this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and having regard to the plight of the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent police to act on the compliant of the petitioner dated 01.05.2022 and to take action against the third parties trespassing the disputed lands.
