O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register and investigate the complaint dated 31.07.2020 in CSR No.298 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 31.07.2020 from the petitioner, he was issued with CSR No.298 of 2020 on 06.08.2020. Thereafter the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and closed the CSR on 15.08.2020. 3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition becomes devoid of merits.
