Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side).

The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) reports no adverse remarks against the petitioner in complying with the conditional order of this Court dated 8/11/2013, the conditions imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed.
