ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.21464 of 2012, dated 04.04.2012, wherein a direction was issued to the respondents to extend the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (PC) Department, dated 22.03.1993 to the petitioner and to revise the pensionary benefits and pay arrears

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the arrears amount payable to each of the petitioners have been sanctioned and also credited to the account of the contempt petitioners. The said submission is recorded.

3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed.
