Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed by this Court as in para No.5 in (d) "the petitioner shall appear before the Ranipet Police Station, Ranipet daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9942 of 2020 dated 02.07.2020 in Crime No.821 of 2020. O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court as in para No.5 in (d) "the petitioner shall appear before the Ranipet Police Station, Ranipet daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9942 of 2020 dated 02.07.2020 in Crime No.821 of 2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9942 of 2020 on 02.07.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9942 of 2020 on 02.07.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
