O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 4 (1) (aaa), 4 (1-A) (ii) of TNP Act in Crime No.1163 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police conducted their usual rounds, they found the petitioner was illegally found in possession of 105 Litres of I.D. Arrack. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner was illegally found to be in possession of 105 litres of I.D.Arrack. He would further submit that there are five previous cases as against the petitioner are similar in nature. Hence he vehemently opposes for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and submissions of the learned Counsel and also the fact that the petitioner has five previous cases are similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
