Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to accept the petitioner's application and sanction the educational loan of Rs.1,44,000/- to the petitioner towards the Hostel Fees which is required by the Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College Men's Hostel Bonafide Certificate dated 01.04.2015. Seeking sanction of educational loan to enable the petitioner to continue his studies in Government Law College, the present writ petition has been filed.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that if the petitioner approaches the respondents with relevant documents along with the application in the prescribed format, the application will be processed and appropriate action will be taken in a positive manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner would approach the respondents in this regard.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents with the relevant records along with the application seeking educational loan in the prescribed format within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On the petitioner approaching the respondents, the respondents shall consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders at the earliest. No costs.
