PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2020 against the 3rd and respondent foisted complaints.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2020 against the 3rd and respondent foisted complaints.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3.

The petition filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2020. Now, the petitioner sought for direction against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the complaint lodged by the petitioner. The petitioner filed complaint on 12.09.2020 and it is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. While being so, the 3rd and 4th respondent lodged a complaint, in which, the 2nd respondent is now harassing the petitioner under the guise of investigation. Therefore, the petitioner sought for direction not to harass the petitioner with the hands of the 1st and 2nd respondents herein.

Per contra the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent herein, they were issued C.S.R.No.172 of 2020 and the detailed enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. Insofar as the petitioner's complaint is concerned, no complaint has been received till today. Therefore, no enquiry is pending as against the petitioner.

Recording the said submission this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
