Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8853 of 2021 dated 13.05.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENGKODI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP,Govt.Advocate( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8853 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 302 of IPC in Crime No.65 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner to the effect https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
