Therefore, he prayed to suo-motu implead the Chief Town Planner, Town & Country Planning Department, Government of Puducherry as party respondent in this Writ Petition.

2.This Court suo-motu impleads the Chief Town Planner, Town & Country Planning Department, Government of Puducherry as 12th respondent in this Writ Petition.
