O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Section 352 IPC r/w. 3(1) (x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Attrocities Act 1989 and section 436 IPC seek a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, at Namakkal, to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.725 of 2015 on the file of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, at Namakkal, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, at Namakkal, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on merits and pass appropriate orders.

The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
