ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner by way of threatening phone calls or any other illegal means except due process of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the enquiry is pending in CSR No.469 of 2022.
4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to issue notice and enquire the petitioner and if the respondent police find that it is purely civil dispute, then the respondent police shall relegate the parties to approach the Civil Court.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
