Alleging that the representation made on 20.08.2015 seeking release of vehicle is not disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a proceedings dated 21.04.2015 by which final order has been passed under section 6[A] of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

3.Thus, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate Forum. No costs.
