ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking quash of the proceedings of the sixth respondent in Na.Ka.6510/2018/E1 dated 08.01.2019 and the consequential Memos in O.Mu.633/2019/A3 dated 09.02.2019 and O.Mu.569/2019/A3 dated 13.02.2019 and consequently, direct the fourth respondent to grant patta to the petitioner for the land measuring 25 acres in S.No.867/2, Adhiyamankottai village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. Today, Mr.B.Senthil, Tahsildar, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District and Mr.C.Kamarasan, Deputy Tahsildar, Nallampalli, are present.

3. Mr.V.Nanmaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, submitted that patta has been issued in Patta No.3919 in the name of K.S.Jagannathan.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
