ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the records in CC.No.148 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When this Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu is directed to complete the trial in CC.No.148 of 2022, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
