ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to give necessary direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 24.08.2014 alleged to have been given by the petitioner.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as defacto complainant, has given a complaint dated 24.08.2014, wherein certain allegations have been made against the persons mentioned therein, but the second respondent has not registered the same. Under the said circumstances, present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the nature of allegations made in the complaint and also considering the fact that in the complaint, it has been specifically stated that the father of the complainant has been unlawfully restrained and also attacked by the persons mentioned therein, this Court is of the view to give necessary direction to the second respondent. In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The second respondent is strictly directed to look into the complaint dated 24.08.2014 and if any cognizable offences are made out, further directed to take appropriate steps as per law.
