The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 323, 355 of IPC r/w. Section 3(1) (x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Attrocities Act 1989, seek a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, (Special Judge for SC/ST Act) at Villupuram, Villupuram District to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.74 of 2014 on the file of the respondent.

Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, (Special Judge for SC/ST Act) at Villupuram, Villupuram District, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, (Special Judge for SC/ST Act) at Villupuram, Villupuram District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, strictly on merits and pass appropriate orders. 4.
