Mr.D.Suriyanarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 27.11.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought to measure and sub-divide the property referred to in his representation and issue patta.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned.
