Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court dated 25.08.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.5064 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11123 of 2020 in Crime No.1137 of 2020.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, as imposed by this Court in its order dated 25.08.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.5064 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11123 of 2020 in Crime No.1137 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly as imposed by this Court in its order dated 25.08.2020. Hence, they seek for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11123 of 2020, dated 25.08.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
