ORDER
This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents police to register a FIR on the basis of complaint dated 15.10.2014.
2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 21.06.2014 as against one Saraswathi and her husband Jayaraman on the allegation that they are threatening her to vacate the house. Though the complaint was given as early as on 21.06.2014, till date no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, this petition.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of enquiry, the complaint was closed. He also served a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since already the complaint is closed, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
