Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition by this Hon`ble court order dated 05.05.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No. 10582 of 22022 the petitioner shall report before the 10582/2022, that the petitioner shall report daily before the investigating officer daily at 10.00 a.m., until further order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. L.MOULI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.10582 of 2022 on 05.05.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
