Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 praying to relax the condition imposed in order dated 02.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.4949 of 0226, requiring the petitioner to report before the respondent police twice a day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m for a period of eight weeks and thereafter appear before the respondent police 10.30 a.m. for a further period of two weeks and as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4949 of 2026 vide order dated 02.03.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
