The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the second respondent in G.O.(2d) No.91, Revenue and Disaster Management department service - 1, dated 25.04.2019 and to quash the same by the first respondent and to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to promote the petitioner on par with the seventh respondent.

2.This petition is today heard through Video Conferencing. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who was present along with her, placed her submissions before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has preferred appeal before the Appellate Authority. Hence, liberty may be given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law after disposal of the appeal.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law after disposal of the appeal preferred before the Appellate Authority. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
