J U D G M E N T
The prayer in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is to allow the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and set aside the order and decretal order dated 31.05.2012 made in I.A.No.247 of 2012 in O.S.No.92 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Court, Namakkal.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to the following effect. "The matter was settled. I am withdrawn the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal."
